"I’m starting to believe they have no idea what they’re doing. They do not follow up like they should. They not monitoring a person billing like Sheila said Blake was suppose to do, now Im stuck with a bill higher then it should be. Sheila stated that when a plan switch it’s the agent responsibility to monitor until everything is done especially billing. Apparently Blake did not get the memo. It seems like Blake is now dodging me. If I do stay with State Farm, I’m switching offices, they are not the best anymore. Shopping for rates today or switching by Tuesday. I no longer trust them."

"Very bad experience, I had two vehicles insurance and rental insurance with state farm. Until payments started to every month it seem. Not only that, I paid insurance on time each month, I received a letter from State, saying I didn't have insurance and I had 10 days or to get insurance. Although I was paying for insurance. So I call the office and someone inquire on it, and all she had to say was oh we forgot to send paper to the State. We are about to send it right now. So I'm like how unprofessional is this. For one, I could be in accident and got sued, vehicle could've been taken due require to have full coverage at all times. All Because they forgot, and I was paying them 183.00 a month. So I cancel them Dec 26, 2023 and it's February 21, 2024 and still haven't received my refund ck. This is not the way to go."

"I have been a State Farm customer since I was 16 years old. Unfortunately, Jaworski’s agency made me leave State Farm for good. I have never experienced such poor customer service. They messed up on every single transaction I had with them. If you do end up using them, be sure to ask for Aundrea Rainey. She is the only person at that agency who is able to fix their mistakes and cares about the customer. Zach’s mother came to the rescue a couple of times as well, but I’m not sure if she is there anymore?"
